  • Warranty

    This fragrance is covered against manufacturing defects only. Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product arrives damaged or leaking. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used sprays are non-refundable. Please contact our support with photos of the issue for assistance.

  • No worries! Ellomatt mattresses require minimal maintenance. You can place them on any surface – the floor, a spring base, or a slatted frame. Ellomatt mattresses adapt to all lifestyles. The only important thing is to make sure the surface is clean and dry.
    Also, we recommend that the slats be no more than 7.5 cm apart
