After unboxing, allow the pillow to fully expand over a few hours. A gentle shake will help restore its shape faster.

  • No — Ellomatt pillows fit all standard EU/UK pillowcases in the size you select (for example, 50×70 cm). For the best comfort, we recommend breathable cotton pillowcases.

  • Fiber pillows (Loom, Terra): cover is machine-washable; filling is spot-clean only.

    Memory foam pillows (Mellow, Plume): foam core is not washable; wash the cover only.

    Adjustable pillows (Nomad, Loom): do not wash the filling; wash the cover only.

    Always follow the care label inside each pillow.
