All Ellomatt microfiber pillows are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. This includes:

• Defects in stitching or seams
• Abnormal clumping or uneven filling (not caused by improper washing)
• Fabric flaws that affect performance or comfort
• Premature flattening despite normal use and care

What’s not covered?

• Wear and tear over time
• Damage from washing or drying incorrectly
• Stains, odours or mildew from moisture or misuse
• Misuse, abuse, or use in commercial or rental settings

To stay protected, follow our care instructions and always use a pillowcase. If you believe your pillow is defective, contact our team with proof of purchase, photos, and a brief description.

No worries! Ellomatt mattresses require minimal maintenance. You can place them on any surface – the floor, a spring base, or a slatted frame. Ellomatt mattresses adapt to all lifestyles. The only important thing is to make sure the surface is clean and dry.
Also, we recommend that the slats be no more than 7.5 cm apart
