Side sleepers: higher loft + strong neck support (Terra, Loom).
Back sleepers: medium loft + balanced firmness (Mellow).
Stomach sleepers: soft, low loft pillows (Plume).
All-positions sleepers: adjustable loft pillows (Nomad, Loom).

No — Ellomatt pillows fit all standard EU/UK pillowcases in the size you select (for example, 50×70 cm). For the best comfort, we recommend breathable cotton pillowcases.

Fiber pillows (Loom, Terra): cover is machine-washable; fill is spot-clean only.
Memory foam pillows (Mellow, Plume): foam core is not washable; only wash the cover.
Adjustable pillows (Nomad, Loom): do not wash the filling; wash the cover only.
Always follow the care label inside each pillow.
