This comforter is covered by a 2-year limited warranty for material or manufacturing defects. Coverage includes:

• Seam or stitching defects
• Fabric or fill irregularities that affect comfort or use
• Abnormal clumping or bunching of the filling (not caused by washing)

What’s not covered?

• Wear and tear from daily use or incorrect storage
• Washing damage, heat exposure or shrinkage
• Stains, odours or discolouration from moisture or improper care

Send us your proof of purchase and photos if something’s not right — we’ll sort it.

No worries! Ellomatt mattresses require minimal maintenance. You can place them on any surface – the floor, a spring base, or a slatted frame. Ellomatt mattresses adapt to all lifestyles. The only important thing is to make sure the surface is clean and dry.
Also, we recommend that the slats be no more than 7.5 cm apart
