  • This comforter is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Warranty includes:

    • Stitching or seam defects
    • Excessive fill displacement or clumping (not caused by wash damage)
    • Fabric or insulation flaws that affect thermal performance

    What’s not covered?

    • Damage from overwashing, heat or improper storage
    • Loss of loft or compression due to prolonged use
    • Stains, discolouration or odours from moisture or misuse

  • No worries! Ellomatt mattresses require minimal maintenance. You can place them on any surface – the floor, a spring base, or a slatted frame. Ellomatt mattresses adapt to all lifestyles. The only important thing is to make sure the surface is clean and dry.
    Also, we recommend that the slats be no more than 7.5 cm apart
