  • This product is protected by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Coverage includes:

    • Seam or elastic failure under regular conditions
    • Waterproof membrane delamination (not caused by washing)
    • Fabric defects affecting functionality

    What’s not covered?

    • Damage caused by improper washing or drying
    • Stains, wear and tear, or fading from regular use
    • Heat damage from ironing or high dryer settings

    To submit a claim, contact us with proof of purchase and clear images of the issue. We’ll guide you from there.

  • No worries! Ellomatt mattresses require minimal maintenance. You can place them on any surface – the floor, a spring base, or a slatted frame. Ellomatt mattresses adapt to all lifestyles. The only important thing is to make sure the surface is clean and dry.
    Also, we recommend that the slats be no more than 7.5 cm apart
