  • This product is protected by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty covers:

    • Seams or elastic failing under normal use
    • Defects in the waterproof membrane or fabric construction
    • Padded fill shifting abnormally or clumping (not caused by washing)

    What’s not covered?

    • Compression or loss of loft from regular use
    • Damage due to incorrect washing/drying (especially heat)
    • Stains, moisture damage, or fading from wear and tear

  • No worries! Ellomatt mattresses require minimal maintenance. You can place them on any surface – the floor, a spring base, or a slatted frame. Ellomatt mattresses adapt to all lifestyles. The only important thing is to make sure the surface is clean and dry.
    Also, we recommend that the slats be no more than 7.5 cm apart
