At Ellomatt, we believe that the journey to a better night's sleep should be as restful as the sleep itself. We've designed our shipping process to be fast, transparent, and planet-friendly.

We are proud to deliver the Ellomatt experience across all European countries. No matter where you are in Europe, we'll bring better sleep right to your doorstep.


2. Shipping Options & Costs

We offer two shipping tiers to suit your needs:

Express Shipping Calculated at checkout Our fastest delivery tier, with full insurance coverage for every item in your order.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is processed, the wait is short.

  • Delivery Window: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Destination: Directly to your doorstep.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number and a direct link to monitor its progress.

Do I need to be home? While we recommend being available to welcome your new mattress, we know life happens. If you aren't home, you can usually make alternative arrangements (like leaving with a neighbour) directly through the carrier link provided.


4. How Your Ellomatt Arrives

We use vacuum-sealed roll-pack delivery to make the process seamless:

  • Vacuum-Sealed: Your mattress is compressed and sealed in a clean, airtight bag.

  • Recycled Cardboard Box: It arrives in a compact, easy-to-move box made from recycled cardboard, sized to fit through standard European doorways.

  • Hygiene First: The mattress stays sealed from our workshop to your bedroom.


5. The Post-Purchase Journey

Wondering what happens after you place your order? Here is the roadmap:

  1. Order Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing your order.

  2. Preparation: Our warehouse team carefully prepares your items.

  3. On Its Way: When the carrier picks up your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email.

  4. Delivery & 30-Night Trial: Once delivered, your 30-night trial begins. Your invoice will be sent via email shortly after arrival.
