Each piece in your bundle comes with its own care label, follow those for washing temperatures, drying, and ironing. As a general rule: covers and protectors are machine washable, mattresses are spot-clean only, and rotating your mattress head-to-foot every few months helps it last longer.

It's four real builds, foam, orthopedic foam, pocket coil and micro pocket coil, each engineered around a different body and a different night. Pick the technology that matches how you sleep. We build that mattress to order in Europe, and ship it to your door.
Foam: soft, and quiet with it.
All-foam comfort that moulds to you and soaks up pressure. The one for side sleepers, and for couples, because when one of you turns, the other sleeps straight through it. Soft·Medium.
Orthopedic Foam: firm, properly.
A dual-density foam core, no springs, no give. Extra Firm only, built to hold your spine in line, for back and stomach sleepers who want support and nothing soft about it.
Pocket Coil: springs that breathe.
Hundreds of individually-wrapped springs move on their own and let air run right through. Cooler, with a bit of lift and proper edge support, for warm sleepers who like to feel the bounce.
Micro Pocket Coil: cleverest build.
Thousands of micro-springs over a pocket-coil base, reading every part of you at once. Cool, supportive and adaptive all at the same time, the all-rounder that doesn't compromise.

Production takes 3–5 business days. EU delivery takes 1–7 business days after that, depending on your country. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships, and shipping's free across the EU over €200.

What if it's not right once it's in my room?
Sleep on it for 30 nights. Give it at least 15 before you judge, a new mattress needs time to settle, and your body needs time to adjust to it. Keep an ElloGuard protector on it to keep the trial valid. If it's still not the one, we'll arrange the return and refund. One trial return per household, per product type.

No. Made to order means we build your exact technology and size fresh, with nothing sitting in a warehouse, not that you've waived anything. The full 30-night trial applies the same as it would on anything else.

Yes, slatted, solid and adjustable bases all work. If you're on slats, just keep the gaps close enough that the whole mattress is supported. With sixteen sizes from 80×190 to 200×200, there's a cut for your frame.

Each build has its own feel, Soft·Medium across the range, Extra Firm on the Orthopedic. Expect any new mattress to feel a touch firmer for the first week or two, then ease into its true comfort as it breaks in. That's exactly why the trial asks for 15 nights before you call it.
