Each piece in your bundle comes with its own care label, follow those for washing temperatures, drying, and ironing. As a general rule: covers and protectors are machine washable, mattresses are spot-clean only, and rotating your mattress head-to-foot every few months helps it last longer.

Production takes 3–5 business days. EU delivery takes 1–7 business days after that, depending on your country. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Compressed in its travel pouch, Nomad fits comfortably inside a backpack, carry-on, or weekend bag, roughly the size of a folded jumper. The fill is engineered to recover its full loft within seconds of unpacking, with no permanent compression even after months of regular travel.

Yes, and that's the differentiator. Most travel pillows compromise on shape, fill quality, or fabric to chase portability. Nomad doesn't. The 30×40 cm format is the right size to support your head against an airline seat back, a car window, or a sofa armrest.
