  • This travel pillow is protected by a 2-year limited warranty covering material and stitching defects under normal use. Coverage includes:

    • Seam or stitching failure
    • Fabric flaws that affect performance
    • Abnormal clumping or loss of structure (not caused by washing or compression)

    What’s not covered?

    • Damage from improper washing or drying
    • Stains, odours, or mould due to humidity or misuse
    • Compression or flattening from long-term travel use

    As always, submit your claim with proof of purchase and clear photos — our team will handle the rest.

  • No worries! Ellomatt mattresses require minimal maintenance. You can place them on any surface – the floor, a spring base, or a slatted frame. Ellomatt mattresses adapt to all lifestyles. The only important thing is to make sure the surface is clean and dry.
    Also, we recommend that the slats be no more than 7.5 cm apart
