All Ellomatt viscoelastic pillows are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects when used under normal residential conditions. This includes:

• Cracks or splits in the memory foam not caused by misuse
• Structural deformation not related to improper storage or washing
• Zippers that malfunction under normal use
• Fabric tears or stitching flaws in the removable 100% cotton cover

What’s not covered?

• Natural softening of the foam over time
• Discolouration or stains due to moisture, heat, or lack of ventilation
• Improper cleaning (e.g., machine washing the foam core)
• Damage from commercial, rental, or medical use

For warranty support, please contact our team with proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Proper care = long-lasting comfort.

No worries! Ellomatt mattresses require minimal maintenance. You can place them on any surface – the floor, a spring base, or a slatted frame. Ellomatt mattresses adapt to all lifestyles. The only important thing is to make sure the surface is clean and dry.
Also, we recommend that the slats be no more than 7.5 cm apart
