This TENCEL™ pillow is covered by a 2-year limited warranty for material and manufacturing defects. This includes:

• Seam or stitching defects
• Filling degradation not related to improper washing
• Fabric faults that affect comfort or durability

What’s not covered?

• Wear from daily use or washing
• Moisture damage, mould, or odour
• Washing errors or misuse (e.g., drying with heat)

Claims must include proof of purchase, a brief description, and photos of the issue. We’re here to help.

No worries! Ellomatt mattresses require minimal maintenance. You can place them on any surface – the floor, a spring base, or a slatted frame. Ellomatt mattresses adapt to all lifestyles. The only important thing is to make sure the surface is clean and dry.
Also, we recommend that the slats be no more than 7.5 cm apart
