Each piece in your bundle comes with its own care label, follow those for washing temperatures, drying, and ironing. As a general rule: covers and protectors are machine washable, mattresses are spot-clean only, and rotating your mattress head-to-foot every few months helps it last longer.

Most pillows are sold at one fixed loft, too high for some sleepers, too low for others, never quite right for anyone. Loom is the exception. A hidden zipper lets you add or remove HCS hollow-fibre fill until the height matches exactly how you sleep.
Plush at first, supportive once you settle in, and entirely yours to recalibrate as your sleep changes. One pillow that becomes the right pillow.

The OEKO-TEX certified cotton shell unzips and machine-washes at 30°C. A tumble cycle with dryer balls brings the loft back. Replacement fill available when you want it.

Loom has a hidden zipper along one edge of the inner shell. Unzip, reach inside, and add or remove HCS fibre fill until the loft feels right. Most customers calibrate once in the first week, then leave it alone, but you can re-adjust any time your sleep changes (new mattress, recovery from injury, pregnancy, ageing).

What's HCS fibre, and how does it compare to down?
HCS stands for Hollow Conjugate Siliconised, a premium synthetic fibre engineered to mimic the airy loft and bounce of natural down. The difference: HCS holds its shape longer than down, doesn't shed feathers, and is hypoallergenic. The similarity: it feels almost identical when you press your head into it. The pillow most people choose when they want down-feel without the down.

Yes, HCS fibres are engineered for shape retention and resist the flattening that affects cheaper polyester fills. A monthly tumble cycle with dryer balls restores any compression, and the zipper lets you add fresh fill if loft ever feels low after years of use. Loom is designed to last as long as you want it to.

All of them, that's the point. Side sleepers can add fill for the higher loft their neck needs. Back sleepers can remove some for a flatter profile. Stomach sleepers can take out even more for a soft, low rest. Loom is the pillow you don't have to choose for; it chooses with you.
