This pillow is covered by a 2-year limited warranty for defects in materials and stitching under normal home use. Coverage includes:

• Faulty seams or unraveling stitching
• Fabric flaws that affect comfort
• Unusual clumping or flattening not caused by washing or wear

• Damage from improper washing or drying

No worries! Ellomatt mattresses require minimal maintenance. You can place them on any surface – the floor, a spring base, or a slatted frame. Ellomatt mattresses adapt to all lifestyles. The only important thing is to make sure the surface is clean and dry.
Also, we recommend that the slats be no more than 7.5 cm apart
