Each piece in your bundle comes with its own care label, follow those for washing temperatures, drying, and ironing. As a general rule: covers and protectors are machine washable, mattresses are spot-clean only, and rotating your mattress head-to-foot every few months helps it last longer.

Production takes 3–5 business days. EU delivery takes 1–7 business days after that, depending on your country. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.

A 250 ml bottle holds approximately 80 applications when used as recommended 2–3 spritzes onto pillows or linens before bed. With nightly use, that's roughly 2–3 months per bottle.

No. The formula is water-based and dries clear within minutes on natural fibres, cotton, silk, linen, wool. Always test on a small area first if you're spraying onto dyed or treated fabrics.

Every Ello Original mattress ships with a 30 ml fragrance, so most customers know which scent works for them before buying a 250 ml bottle. Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days under EU consumer law. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but the included sample takes the guesswork out of choosing.
