Each piece in your bundle comes with its own care label, follow those for washing temperatures, drying, and ironing. As a general rule: covers and protectors are machine washable, mattresses are spot-clean only, and rotating your mattress head-to-foot every few months helps it last longer.

Duvet. Cotton shell with hypoallergenic microfibre fill.
Pillows. Removable cotton cover with hypoallergenic fill.
Protector. Waterproof, breathable membrane with a cotton terry top.

Most waterproof mattress protectors crinkle, sweat, or feel like sleeping on a plastic bag. Elloguard doesn't. A silk-and-cotton surface keeps the breathability of natural fibres; a hidden barrier underneath stops spills, allergens, and dust mites from reaching the mattress.

Production takes 3–5 business days. EU delivery takes 1–7 business days after that, depending on your country. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Each Elloguard is built to one specific size, choose the size that exactly matches your mattress. If your Ello Original size isn't on that list, the matching protector isn't available yet, drop us a line at info@ellomatt.com and we'll let you know when it is.

Can I really feel the waterproof barrier?
No. The barrier is hidden inside the layers, you sleep on a silk-and-cotton surface, not on a membrane. Most customers can't tell whether their bed has Elloguard on it without lifting the fitted sheet to check.
How often should I wash it?
How often should I wash it?
We recommend monthly for everyday use, more often if there's a spill, illness, or pet on the bed. Machine-wash at 60°C, tumble dry low. The 60°C cycle is hot enough to kill dust mites, gentle enough that the barrier and silk-cotton blend stay intact for years.
